Sandeep Swadia started his “career” as a homeless teen and a monk-in-training in the villages of Western India and somehow made his way to MIT. He worked on Wall Street as an equity analyst at Jefferies & Company and went on to hold C-level executive roles at private and public companies in the tech industry. Throughout his career, the companies he served have created over $10 billion in enterprise value, including acquisitions by Microsoft and Goldman Sachs.

Today, Sandeep serves as a board member, investor, and advisor to portfolio companies of global private equity firms like KKR and Goldman Sachs. He mentors CEOs of companies with revenues from $40 million to $400 million. 

His social channels are among the fastest-growing professional and personal growth channels of the AI era. His YouTube channel added more than one million subscribers in just under seven months. In a single year, his videos drew 2.9 million hours of watch time. That's 330 years of unbroken human attention.

Sandeep is also a professional musician, having performed nearly a thousand concerts across the United States, Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa. Sandeep holds a master's degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University and an MBA from MIT.
